We listen to our clients. We try to understand what their problem is and find them a solution that will bring them value. Our process is to understand their requirements, to iterate with them via written descriptions, meetings, and story boards. Once a description and/or design captures the clients’ requirements then the build-a-little, test –a-little phase of the process begins until the solution is transitioned to the client. We then maintain the solution and provide “tweaking” and modifications as determined through its use and its aging process. The best complement we have received was from a commercial client who stated: “…that since CTI has helped revamp our software we have processed three times the paper work this past year without adding any personnel”.
